Taste of Paradise

To Whom it May Concern,

Everyone who knows Chef Tricie can attest to this. She's a real stickler for protocol, sanitary practices, flavorful and beautifully presented cuisine.

I just want to tell you that her skill and insight as a fellow foodie and lover of the 'art' of cuisine make her a true asset to have in anyone's kitchen. Chef Tricie knows how to match the balance of texture, flavor and presentation that's second to none, whether it be with the traditional full bodied West Indian flair that adds richness to the dishes she masterfully creates or the straight forward approach of Regional American Cooking. She's got a way with seasoning and pairing foods that work for a whole family and would satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.

I know where I'm going to eat when I'm in town! I just hope she has room at her table for a few more!

All that being said, I would trust and confidently recommend her services to a wide variety of clientele.

Best Regards,

Coincidentally, totally perplexed about how I was going to make up for a company that pulled out on a cook date for an early dinner function at my job at the last minute, I ran into this lady.
I was at the store buying items to decorate for our dinner function.  It was then I  received a call from the company we were already booked with, stating that they had an emergency and won't be able to assist with the function.  I felt as if someone had just punched me in the stomach, while pulling a chair from under me that I was going to sit in.
I made some other calls, but was only able to leave messages.  On my way out of the store I was in, I looked up and there was a woman with a chef jacket on.  My heart fluttered and then I thought, that maybe she was just wearing it as her sense of fashion.  Then, she turned around and I saw "Eating2gether" -  A Personal Chef Service, on her back.  Well, I took a chance and I went up to her and inquired of her services.  I told her my dilemma and she smiled at me and said, it would be ok - although, we normally don't do catering, she would be glad to help.  I then told her when the function was and in my heart, I just knew she would have thought me totally insane.  She stated that she would still be able to handle it.  Boy, was I one happy camper.
Believe it or not, the function was the next day for a group of 8.  We agreed on the menu, and I told her that I would be able to accompany her to the supermarket to purchase the items she would need.  That worked out well.  The next day, our food was prepared, and brought to the scheduled place.  Everything, looked delicious and tasted absolutely scrumptious.
Very good presentation.  Even though it was last minute, It went over well and I was very pleased.  ChefT at Eating2gether - you are awesome!!!
